Cancellation and Refunds
No refunds or credit will be given for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. For the cancellation of reservations less than 14 days in length: Cancellations within 3 days of arrival receive no refund. Cancellations 4-10 days before arrival are charged one night’s stay. Cancellations 11+ days before arrival are charged a fee of 10% of the reservation charge, limited to the first 7 days, or the camper can elect to receive full camp credit toward a future stay within 18 months. For the cancellation policy of reservations longer than 14 days, contact the campground office.
Camping is an outdoor activity. We do not guarantee good weather during your stay. Weather Sense Rain Guarantees are available for purchase from a third-party seller during the reservation process. No refunds for inclement weather or discomfort with Mother Nature, either before or after you have checked in. People who have been required to leave for any kind of disorderly conduct or failing to follow the rules will not be offered a refund.
