Full Hookup RV Sites
All RV sites have full hookups and 30 amp service, Pull through sites and large upland site 107 has 50 amp available. Each site has a picnic table, and fire ring, allowing guests to comfortably settle in.
Cabin Rentals
Rustic one-room cabins that sleep up to four, featuring a microwave, dorm-size refrigerator, ceiling fans, and a charming covered porch.
Bath House & Laundry Facilities
Conveniently located bathhouse and laundry facilities to cater to all your hygiene needs.
Outside Dish Washing Sink
Located close to Tenting Area, along with two individual toilet/sink units.
Camp Store
Offering essentials, snacks, ice, and firewood right on-site.
Internet Access
Wi-Fi access is free, but not guaranteed because of connectivity variations due to rural access.
Arcade & Game Room
Have fun in the arcade room with various games.
Playground and Sports Set-Ups
A playground near the pond, basketball court, horseshoes field, badminton or volleyball field ensure children have plenty of places to play, engage in friendly competitions and get together.
Lake Life
So much to do. What will it be today? Swim, fish, paddle, jet ski, boat. Cool off with a refreshing swim in the pond, catch some sun while dangling your feet from the swim dock, or cast a fishing line from the fishing dock.Â
Boat Rentals
If you didn't bring your boat - rent a kayak, canoe, fishing boat or pontoon boat for a half or full day to exploring 10-mile-long Toddy Pond.Â
Pavilion
A covered pavilion with picnic tables is good for gathering in any weather.
Balsam Cove Loves Dogs
Nothing better than walking your furry friend around the campground. Or let the pups loose in an enclosed area for a bit of frolicking. Separate sides for big dogs and little dogs. Pet convenience stations located around the campground. Rental cabins are pet friendly too!
Seasonal Events
Join in on special events like Christmas in July with Santa Claus touring the campground on his golf cart, Halloween in August with a costume parade and trick or treating, and Water Wars Weekend with its cardboard boat race and water balloon fights. – when the campground comes alive with themed activities and fun!
